Yes. Allo Care is available to everyone in Germany — fully online. All you need is a stable internet connection.
The initial consultation costs €29 — a one-time fee for your first doctor appointment. Your card is saved and only charged after your appointment is confirmed.
No. €29 covers only the initial consultation. On top of that: lab test €99, prescription €19, PrEP medication (90 tablets, 3-month supply) €150 — €297 total to get started. Every 3 months after that: €268 (approx. €89/month).
In Germany, people with statutory health insurance (GKV) can access PrEP for free under certain conditions through specialist centres. Allo Care currently supports the self-pay path. You can join the waitlist to be notified when we offer the GKV route directly. Many GKV members also choose the private path for the added discretion and convenience.
Yes. Allo Care supports you with follow-up prescriptions, lab values, and ongoing care. Just bring your existing documentation to the consultation.
Yes. If you're not yet on PrEP, we help you book your first consultation and take the necessary steps to get started.
Much of the process is online. Whether a consultation can be fully remote or requires a clinic visit is decided by the doctor after reviewing your information. We'll let you know before your appointment.
Yes, absolutely. Many of our users have public insurance (GKV) and choose the private path for more discretion, flexibility, and shorter wait times. You pay out of pocket, but you keep full control over your privacy. If you'd prefer the free GKV route, you can join the waitlist and we'll notify you when it's available.
