1. Provider and Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all services provided through the platform allo.care, operated by:

By using our platform and booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. Deviating conditions on the part of the user are not accepted.
2. Service Description
Allo Care is a digital platform that:
- Provides low-barrier access to doctor consultations for people interested in PrEP
- Offers a structured eligibility questionnaire to assess the appropriate care pathway
- Facilitates referrals to registered physicians and external laboratory providers
- Sends email reminders for follow-up prescriptions and lab tests
Allo Care does not replace medical treatment. The platform provides organisational support and referrals. All medical decisions are made solely by the treating physicians.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Information provided on allo.care is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Decisions regarding the use of PrEP and related medical measures rest solely with the treating physicians.
In a medical emergency, please contact the medical on-call service or emergency services.
4. Registration
Use of certain features (bookings, waitlists) requires a valid email address and acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are required to provide truthful and complete information. Sharing access credentials with third parties is not permitted.
5. Booking and Payment
5.1 Consultation fee
The initial doctor consultation is offered at a fixed price of €29. This amount covers the medical appointment only. Additional costs (lab test, prescription fee, medication) are charged separately by external providers and invoiced directly by them.
5.2 Payment processing
Your payment method is saved at the time of booking. The €29 charge is only applied after the appointment is confirmed by the doctor. We use a certified payment service provider. Your card details are not stored by us.
5.3 Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, the consultation fee may be retained. Cancellations must be submitted by email to hello@allo.care.
6. Waitlists
Registration on a waitlist (GKV waitlist or international waitlist) does not create any entitlement to service provision. We will notify you when the relevant service becomes available. You may unsubscribe from a waitlist at any time.
7. User Obligations
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and complete information
- Not misuse the platform
- Not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading
- Keep access credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
8. Availability and Changes
We aim for high availability of our platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue features where reasonable. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Allo Care is liable for damages only in cases of wilful misconduct and gross negligence, and in cases of injury to life, body, or health. Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Allo Care accepts no liability for the quality of medical services provided by referred physicians, or for services provided by external providers (laboratories, pharmacies).
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Severability
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
